1. Products

We describe every piece — materials, stones, weights and dimensions — as accurately as possible. Minor variations can occur because each piece is handcrafted; this is a mark of genuine craftsmanship, not a defect. Product photos are representative and lighting may affect how stones appear on screen.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing items in your cart is not an order — an order is confirmed when we accept it and send confirmation.
• We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, a pricing error or unavailable stock) and will notify you promptly.
• Custom grillz are made to your dental mold and are final sale except in cases of manufacturing defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and shown on each product page. If a price is displayed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment in full. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure, encrypted checkout.

4. Shipping & Returns

Delivery estimates are given at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns follow our 30-day Returns & Exchanges policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content — the TabbyIced name, logo, product photography, copy and designs — is our property (or our licensors') and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• You must be 18 or older (or have a guardian's consent) to place an order.
• You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, no fraudulent orders, no interference with other shoppers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TabbyIced is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer protection law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the store evolves. The version in force is always the one published on this page; continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
