Changed your mind? No drama — here's exactly how it works.
30-Day Promise
You have 30 days from delivery to return any non-custom piece for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the authenticity card included.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Exchanges ship as soon as your return is inspected.
Conditions for a Smooth Return
- Item is unworn — no scratches, dents, resizing or engraving.
- Original packaging and authenticity card are included.
- Return is initiated within 30 days of delivery (postmark counts).
- Return shipping is covered by us for defective items; for change-of-mind returns the customer covers shipping.
How to Return — 4 Easy Steps
Step 01Contact us with your order number to get a return authorization.
Step 02Pack the piece in its original box with the authenticity card.
Step 03Ship it back with the prepaid label we email you.
Step 04We inspect and issue your refund or ship your exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom grillz made from your dental mold — final sale (unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect, which we fix or remake free).
- Engraved or resized pieces, unless defective.
- Sale / clearance items marked "final sale" on the product page.
Damaged or Defective?
If your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We'll repair, replace, or refund — your choice — and we cover all shipping both ways.
