Processing Times
Ready-to-ship pieces (chains, rings, pendants) are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Custom grillz are made to order: allow 7–10 business days of production time after we receive your dental mold. Mold kits ship within 24 hours of ordering.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

All shipments are fully insured and require no signature for orders under $300. High-value orders may require a signature on delivery.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where possible; otherwise they are the recipient's responsibility. Delivery times above are estimates — customs clearance can add a few days depending on your country.

Delivery Issues
- Wrong address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll reroute it if it hasn't shipped.
- Package marked delivered but missing? Check with neighbors and your mailroom, then contact us — we'll open a carrier claim immediately.
- Lost in transit? Insured shipments are covered: we reship or refund once the carrier confirms the loss.
