How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our studio in 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, international 7–14 business days. Orders over $50 ship free.
How does the custom grillz process work?
Three steps: 1) You order and we ship a free dental mold kit. 2) You take your impression at home and mail it back. 3) Our jewelers craft your grillz to fit your teeth exactly — production takes 7–10 business days after we receive your mold.
What materials are your pieces made from?
Grillz are cast in solid gold or silver (never plated brass), set with VVS-clarity stones. Chains and rings use premium stainless steel, gold vermeil, or solid metals depending on the piece — every product page lists exact materials.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on non-custom pieces in unworn condition. Because custom grillz are made to your exact mold, they are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay through secure checkout.
How do I find my size?
Chains list their exact length in inches on each product page — a 20–22" chain sits at the collarbone. Rings use standard US sizing; when in doubt, size up. Grillz are always custom-molded, so fit is guaranteed.
How do I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking number by email once it ships. You can also check your order's journey anytime on our Track Order page — try sample order TI-1001 to see how it looks.
Are your diamonds and gold authentic?
Yes. We use genuine VVS stones and solid precious metals — never plated fakes. Every diamond piece ships with an authenticity card detailing the stones and metals used.
